Appointment Confirmation: Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly provide advance notice to allow us to accommodate other clients. Appointments cannot be canceled within 4 days of the scheduled session. In the event of a late cancellation, a fee of 75% of the booking price will be charged.
Lighting Assistance: If you require additional lighting assistance from our staff, an hourly charge will apply. Please inquire about the rates for this service.
Session Duration: The session ends at the designated time you have booked. Please ensure that you pack up and conclude your activities within the allocated time.
Photography Equipment: Handle our professional-grade equipment with care and follow instructions provided by our staff to prevent accidental damage.
Do not drag furniture or equipment as it may cause damage.
White Floor Caution: If you are using the white floor, please use it with caution to avoid dirtying or staining it. Kindly take necessary precautions to prevent any spills or messes that may be difficult to clean.
Personal Belongings: We recommend not leaving valuable items in your vehicle. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings on our premises.
Guests and Children: You are welcome to bring guests, but please limit their number to ensure a focused environment. Kindly supervise children at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment.
